The package and terms are very reasonable, just not for him.
He is the wrong choice IMO and I believe he will be gone in less than a year.
Real shame as they have the makings of a great business. All they need now is a strong CEO with relevant industry experience to bring this all together.
Hence I believe the SP will continue to drift under this new leadership, might look ugly in 6-12 months time....then I will take a serious look at a decent sized position.
