They seem to have changed focus totally.
Selling thermal coal and now suggesting they'll sell the coking coal too. My guess is that they reckon the north of Mongolia is too difficult in terms of infrastructure. They have excellent high quality coal up there but they probably don't have the money or other resources to get it out.
Hence the new strategy of focusing on the south where it's on China's doorstep with all the infrastructure they need. All they have to do now is find something - like Ivanhoe did !!!
