Sounds to me like Trasure is referring to issues between top holders and MGMT?

Perhaps:

-Do initial fonda revenues stay with ACL or help fund Oncology?
-Will holders be giving the opportunity to fund oncology before the IPO?
-When will Existing holders be rewarded with Fonda Revenues? And by what means.
-How much of Fonda revenues will ACL retain?


For the demerger to go ahead, top holders all have to pretty much agree when it comes time to vote...
