Please advise what facts I have manipulated.
I simply removed the votes cast by the Chair (as being self serving and not indicative of how the balance of the voters voted) and looked at the difference between the two amounts once that was done.
So given that the votes were cast rather than being used as abstentions, I think it says a lot ! and shareholders are entitled to know how the voting went without the Chair voting.
Overwhelmingly in favor of them not being in the board.
A message that I am sure is not lost on the three gents.
I am sure your not suggesting that a "disinterested voter" giving an uncommitted proxy is truly casting their vote that is decided by a third party.
It is more a case of saying "we don't care how you vote".
For if it were otherwise they would have cast the vote themselves.
