who read that part in resolution 5 about a issuing capital or shares in relation to a possible aquisition in the usa?

every coal miner in the US is doing it tough, even if the mine was cheap we would not turn a profit we cant even turn a profit in SA ,

how can a company like okap be good for our company? they have another 5 or so companys to look after .

i think for a company that has 2 mines up and running we are too top heavy in the board?
