reasons for concerns as a loyal shareholder, page-27

Blowhole, I have asked the same question and have got no reply...including about the current debacle of $10M gift raising??...when i asked about a capital raising 6 mths ago....he avoided it and i didn't think much of it then...now who knows maybe this was all the end game of management...jason kept buying small portions of shares/even turvey...to keep the dream/hope alive....remember they wanted to get institutional/sophisticated investors who would only invest if they got a good deal....$5M at 13% stake of conti and now $10M to give another 25% of the company away....after long term holders have lost 90% of their capital.....these guys have balls...to think were not even making decent coin in South Africa they think they can just go to Columbia and invest in 75% Margin mines? Where is the proof that these mines make 75%? We are like mushrooms to management, a big reason why this happens is that toothless tiger of ASIC who should do their jobs and make examples of directors like these....
