I will be saying "No" but just be aware that once a company looses support of its shareholders and is unable to raise funds to progress projects or just pay the bills, good chance Administration will follow. My advice is only vote No to resolution 5 if you can afford CCC to go under. Also I think on Monday the current share price will fall to 7 cents taking into account a 20% discount to current share price. Amazing I bought in at 6 cents prior to the consolidation. Never thought we would be back to this price so soon. I think in another 6 months another consolidation will be necessary. A market cap of under $40 Million currently indicates to me something is being played with this stock. I have exploration stocks that haven't drilled a hole yet and their market cap is higher.

I think ASIC and ASX needs to look more closely at CCC to find out what is going on and if CCC should be made to change its listing to a mining company rather than an investment company.
