Sorry to repeat the question, but, in your opinion, why would ICN management not divest their other assets (fair enough with 626 as it has a free carry, but as you and I believe that 855 is where the huge opportunity is, why hold anything else? i.e the Victorian leases)

Last question, has management ever mentioned if they have investigated a partial sell down of the 855 tenement?
