BOC share price is in the hands of much more powerful forces than a few spec aussie share traders.
The Panguna mine has 50 billion dollars+ in proven copper/gold reserves as well as BOC holding another 7 highly prospective leases.
3 billion to get it all going again is chicken feed to mining giants such as RIO (53% holding).
BOC isnt a tin pot show most of us are used to trading they have a real resource whith a genuine chance of bringing it all back together.
