IMO, We are at 17c for 4 reasons,

1.Sound,Risk Management by Management.After 2 back to back dusters,we are not at 10c,as would be the case with most other small cap O&G explorers after these results.

2.M.H,Bank Acc Hit june qtr,and extras sept qtr.

3.Short term Specs,pulling & putting money to work somewere else.

4.General Market,global growth slow down.

I dont see S.P manipulation as a factor,cue is a very illiquid stock,its either hard to get in, or out on big announcements.

As for cash raising? for what? it may take 2 or 3 qtrs for the B.Bal to recover.

Bad luck,but well done management,I say.
