"Or you can remove at least Askin, Dunmore and allow Cottee to bring on more energetic and appropriate directors."
BOB,
But if you do that, wouldn't you still be giving Cottee full control of the Board?? After all, for the life of me I can't see Cottee bringing someone in that will go/vote against him.
And, most importantly, the appointment of a Director is set/chosen originally by the current prevailing Board, and then ratified by the shareholders at the next AGM. Most of the time when that happens, if not all of the times, shareholders have got two chances or changing what the Board wishes to do:
1) Buckley's. And
2) None.
So what is the difference there??
Cheers
