K, as Bassy said, it's all there written in the ESI announcements so it has to be true.
I even posted a link to asx/asic saying that announcements have to be truthful.

Sheeesh! Do you really think a global player like this would be untraceable on the worldwide web.
Why not do what I did, call the Hong Kong phone number of their "principle office" and ask if you can meet a representative as you are in town on business. It will give you another strong hint in the hunt for Monash credibility.
