The Minicare may initially launch without ADO involvement.

As at Jan 2011, the joint venture with bioMérieux had the commercial launch stated as 2013.

Philips and bioMérieux announce milestone in the development of innovative handheld diagnostic solutions for rapid point-of-care testing.

My understanding is that at the time of press release (Jan 2011) ADO was not involved in the project, which is why I don't think they will be involved at launch. However, given that it's the disposable cartridge that inserts into to device where the ADO technology would be employed, that's not to say they won't be involved in a 2nd generation of the cartridge, or a different test.
