We know that BM was involved and Philips was involved in some sort of discussions with ADO - via ADO company presentations and the visit that ADO made at the begining of the year to Eindhoven.
Then we had some feedback from the hm family bbq and I assume there have been some analyst briefings/discussions where a few more specifics have been discussed.
Lets not get too hung up on Philips - it's just one of the big ones but we are not dependent on that alone. If we did get into the Magnotech cycle for 10-15 years it would be brilliant - probably worth $10m-$40m per year and would change the way we would value ADO as you could use a discounted cash flow model and attrach a whole new bunch of investors and a market cap in the hundreds of millions - but there aer about 10 companies that could do the same for ADO and we could add up groups of 5 smaller ones that make up a big one etc etc
18 months, min 6, target 12, strech 18 and 1 of 6 a big one.
That's what I am looking for and the clock started July 1st 2012.
