Altona has looked ahead and realised its more efficient to rebuild during initial reconstruction than to get up and running ,only to have a major breakdown during full production
HGO's recent experiences would seem to confirm AC has made a good decision yet again.
And not only is it more efficient but much less damaging to the SP.
Shouldn't be long to wait for the quarterly anyway.
