the problem is, that those who will participate in the placement, probably already hold script, and would sell the sp down, so that they pick up 25% of this stock for nothing.

If i owned 1%(collectively) of ccc, and a chance of turning that into 25%, would i not sell my 1%, to put downward pressure on the sp, so that i pick up at 20% less than the VWAP.

And you dont need to sell all your stock, let the lemmings do most of the selling for you, you just need to push a few large boulders onto them now and again, to crush any trying to hold, or climb back up.

Expect this Placement to go towards 5c. imo

BTW, i did call this a year or so ago, when i posted that they never gave clear presentations of net cash flows from these mines, while clouding it in smoke and mirrors, with all talk of production tonnages.

Who by the way, would even open a mine, when you are getting 6/t profit margin? would only pay the admin costs.
