i did some googling this morning
directors of white sands were Clarke, Schofield and Espiritu. WS went into admin in late 2006, was ressurected as Maverick drilling International then Maverick Energy and in 2009 TEG made a reverse takeover.
Back in 2006/7 there seemed to be a dispute over the Reid's Dome j/v
Cant see that this has any bearing on TEG or its directors
