raastus: Wow! Now that is just about as good of news as we can get short of the actual issuance of the TOL! It couldn't be any more obvious now--forget all the negative garbage talk on this board!

That means that the gov't IS ABOUT TO APPROVE the TOL and wants the populace to be PROPERLY informed prior to the release so they will not fall prey to "the opposition"!
They are doing some careful groundwork here for the TOL release--no other explanation possible, IMO. It all just takes time to do it right this one last time and I am beginning to think that just maybe the Malaysian government might have more than LAMP on its mind, unlike most on the HC board.
