The documents I have received from Piper Alderman state among other things that "it is important to note that the proposed claims are in no way related to the current trading company Triangle Energy (Global) Ltd or the directors of the company".
The target is the former directors of White Sands, namely Roger Clarke, Donald Wayne Schofield and Jayne Elizabeth Steel.
