Whilst small wins represent positive movement - the fact still remains, the TOL should've been issued in February.
This political football has had more twists than a bad soap opera, you would be naive to think you can see light at the end of the tunnel.
Ultimately it is a going concern, but i still dont expect any major action while the Barisan Nasional bean counters are still fretting over maintaining a 2/3rds majority in Government.
