The $124m looks like the minimum to be funded upfront based on the scoping study. However, more recent presentations have suggested increasing the plant feed from 700ktpa to 1mtpa and possibly including recovery of other minerals. So I suggest that the PFS may well be sized differently and probably involve a larger CAPEX.
