CGT selling at 21c on the ASX but if CGT shareholders accept the offer and sell LG on the SGX they would currently receive 21.83c

a very small margin of gain

so there is a reasonable suggestion that CGT shareholders wanting to sell that they sell now on the ASX in preference to converting to LG

also interesting to observe that there do not appear to be any major CGT holders currently converting, such as ICF
