I really don't get why people are selling at 42c.
Silvergate now own 15.45% of CAP and they been buying in a agressive manner.
Why would they not keep buying......... why stop at 15.45% of CAP?
There are only around 200,00 shares on offer between 43.5c and 50c.
I would not be suprised if the large sell orders at 43.5c and 44c are part of the game, to keep the shareprice around the 42c level, further reducing the actual number of shares available below 50c.
We could easily find ourselves above 50c by the end of July.
Out of curosity, what figure would other shareholders accept a takeover offer?
For me, it would be need to be over $1.00.
