“That the Company ratifies the Directors’ action in extending the Facilitation and Management Agreement between the Company and Kalgoorlie Mine Management Pty Ltd (KMM) to a date being five years from the date of this Annual General Meeting at an annual fee of $220,000, subject to CPI adjustment.”
