It is a surprised for a well research poster such as yourself to think that ANP is giving away the patents/licenses of ATL1102 for free.
Obviously placed no value in the cost needed for clinical trials, which is the main activity/concern as a Biotech before the exit point to a big Pharma in Phase III.
