Govt's not shy on hauling Anwar before the courts for his sexual preferences so I would have thought they'd be more than happy for Lynas win over the opposition and a financial penalty would send a strong message.
As others have suggested Lynas could easily negate any negative publicity by donating any proceeds to a couple of national charities.
