What are they seeking refuge from, most of them fly to Indonesia of their own free will, they then get on a boat to go to a better place where they get money, medical assistance, housing etc etc etc etc etc
When they land in Indonesia they cease to be any sort of refugee, they then become opportunists and cease to have any legal standing as far as refugees are concerned
