    00.007c is 7 thousandths of 1 cent
    $00.007 is 7 tenths of 1 cent... a difference of magnitude of 100
    Agreed that people should always do their arithmetic anyway and if trading they will notice the difference
    I'm a pedant when it comes to numbers and money. Sorry.
