Peetey my problem was with Chubby stating we are having a cap raising at 10 c and that is a fact. Well unless he is privvy to some inside info, it is not fact.

I have no idea if we need a cap raising. My guess is we will at some stage. We may do one when all facts about cockatoo are at hand and we are conducting a roadshow to promote the story along with broker coverage. The shareprice may be 30c, 20c, 15c...your guess is as good as mine. If we are armed with facts that support a much higher valuation of PLV then maybe a cap raising is no big deal. Maybe we slot a 3rd party with 10% of the company and Joe Blow doesn't get a look in.

I'm pretty bullish on the story at a mkt cap of 40 mill and subject to the deal being announced and liking the look of our JV partner then yes, I would be loading up here.

If we can chuck out an NPV of cockatoo, mine the thing, raise some funds, get enviro approvals for Irvine, then we will be in a great position to JV Irvine. NPV of Irvine is over $3, with an 11 year minelife. Minelife is over 20 years. If if if - I know. But we are a step closer it seems.

Like you, I'm well underwater. But I am very bullish still.
