I totally agree with you on the fundamentals and technicals. 98 cents may be next target. But remember when you have pull backs and recoveries like that then the new highs are normally substantially higher.

Remember base valuation is $2.50 with a $1.57 target - Since then fundamentals have improved so the higher target should be achievable.
