I hope that the Aus gov would step in before Conglin Yue t/o this company .The minority needs protection .
If Conglin Group acquires 75% or more of ORM,it will be able to pass special resolutions of ORION .This will enable Conglin Group to ,among other things,change the Orion`s constitution ,and
Orion`s financial arrangements will need to be considered,together with the examination of any risks associated with having financial arrangements in place with a Substantial Holder.
