Go ask Tony of CFE when he sold the Chinese the namesake project, $80M still owing. These Chinese co treats contract just like a piece of paper only valid when it suits them. The chinese will go the way of Japs in the eighties /nineties splashing money like there is no tomorrow buying up corporate america from media to golf courses at sucker top premium. This time its Africa only because the West don't have that kind of risk profile. Beware what you buy and wish for.
