Not sure if you got the right thread or not and I was pulling hard on strings to get answers and have others pick holes in ideas etc.
I gave you a TU for this. I agree with your point on philosophy entirely a great interest of mine too. In fact I have made it a basis for my whole lifestyle. It has been a quest for 20 years and this will continue the rest of my life.
Swimming against the tide is not easy however. We have the most influence over our own lives and a small circle around us. Never try to control that which is not in your control it is a recipe for insanity.
I do stand up - it got me labeled as having a persecution complex in the politics thread by one guy LOL. I had it modded. Standing up for simple respect and our rights can get you in hot water too for it is not normal - unfortunately.
