    Here is where this gets really interesting. Under section 316 of the NSW Crimes Act - it is an offense to cover up a crime and if - I say 'if' Mr Slipper stole money from the union then this is a crime.

    Whats more alarming for anybody with knowledge of this:
    Any union member or individual working for any authority that hides a crime is guilty of a crime. They can be personally in the firing line because no employee is sanctioned to break the law under any employment contract.

    I read about this recently as the Catholic church in NSW, they may be in deep trouble for covering up anti-religious practices by some of the priests.
