    Billionaire Clive Palmer appears to have quit his long running attempt to secure control of Central Petroleum,
    withdrawing his preferred appointees for the board of the
    Perth company just minutes before a shareholder vote.Continues on into quite a lengthy article maybe someone can cut and paste.
