I keep returning to that bulletin from our esteemed CEO, where the wedge sealing patent has been flagged by the company as being unimportant. It seems none of you are concerned by this; well you should be, and it probably has a lot to do with the current situation. Our competitors just need to WAIT! Why would Colt lift a finger to help us? that 1.48M dollar contract will just be an opportunity to get more details technical information that is not available in the patents. It's one of the worst arrangements the company could have made in my opinion, and not in our interests. Terry, you have got to be one of the most incompetent directors of a company in recent memory and it boggles the mind how you managed to get such a position.
We need an explanation as to why the company thinks wedge sealing is so unimportant to their future business .... wedge sealing is FINE for all low pressure applications of the technology is it not? Doesn't that mean Colt can make MAUL using wedge sealing? Doesn't it mean low pressure applications like 40mm GLs are also fine for wedge sealing?
It's inconceivable that we could be in this situation, but here we are.
