re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder -... JPM are probably now "free-carrying" their existing BTR shares after selling down. Good position to be in, everything from here on in is most likely pure profit for them which help their books look better against other losses on other stocks.
Every seller has a reason and its not always because they dont like where the company is headed.
