I bet just before the rights issue lapses thye anounce they have found an underwriter. Woutn have to look to far at to find MMG or Glencore or even a hedge fund wanting to buy in. In the end it's just The Boys gettign the cash to pay to start mining on by diluting themselves.
If I have cash at the time. I.e. some of my other miners stocks don't need/ deserve it more I'll take up my rights.
