As I got sucked in at that time believing that we were already a producer 2 mines and many other opportunities
penumbra/botswana /others we were heading for a mid-tier
coal miner and would attract ---institutional investment

where is the promised ---cash flow positve
where is the promise ----65mil line of credit facility
where is the 10 mil ----from supposed sale of van - mag
where is the final payment 9 mil from sioc
where is all the many millions they have already paid
where did it all go horribly wrong / some saying we are insolvent ----if we dont raise 10 mil ---by giving away
25% of the company at liquidation prices around 8.2 c
that fact that there are ---thousands of disgruntled shareholders speaks volumes / notrust for the entire board
I havent seen one post encouraging us to vote for resolution --5--
