if avh is selling this product in europe, china, australia, canada etc etc then why is fda approval essential rather than just desirable?
sure fda approval would be great to have it but if recell is that good then avh would end up selling enough outside usa to make the difference to their profitability that would lead to the increase in share price that everyone wants.
there are alot of people in the rest of the world and they burn just as easily as americans do.

perhaps the fda has an element of corruption in that they are less likely to approve a product that is not of american origin irrespective of its quality.

17.5c looks like a decent entry on this one. how long the wait for fda approval is, is anyones guess.
