This is a long winded thread that is achieving nothing and really it is such a simple decision for any investor to make as to whether they hold shares in the company and continue to hold, sell the shares they have or purchase shares they currently don't have.

A Company has announced a funding program to complete a Design for Tender stages 2 & 3. It has been announced that Stage 1 has been completed and this stage ran pretty much on time so on face value, a deadline was met. In the simplest form, people can read the announcements regarding the arrangements that have been made.

A current or prospective shareholder of this company is free to do whatever research they need to either, hold, purchase or sell shares.

In a nutshell, there are those that believe in what is trying to be achieved by the current management team and are prepared to support them by either purchasing or holding shares and there are those that disbelieve that direction and either sell or choose not to buy shares.

Kranky, your constant attack on the current management team, might be warranted, your attack on the credentials of Neil Youren and the statements made about the companies he is involved with, might be warranted, I sure hope for your sake that none of them read Hotcopper and take exception to your constant attack on them because I am sure they are in a better position to know what they are involving themselves in by making announcements to the public, on record, than you are by not being in a position of knowledge and relying on what you think you find on the net.

It is easy to write things without proof, but one must be mindful that they aren't damaging reputation in the process because there can be some serious consequences as a result.
