    Hiwayman,

The unfortunate reality is that today we live in a world that is presently deleveraging, and the great majority are looking for safety when investing their money – this has equated to less money for what is perceived as risky investments, especially equities.

There are now many bargains out there, especially in the exploration space, another is Deep Yellow – which I have followed for years (not invested in at present) and I can’t believe the price it is presently trading at given how advanced it’s exploration is.

Deep Yellow for example has a JORC of about 113.5 M lb of uranium, and has a present market cap of about $68M – that equates to about 61 cents per lb of uranium in the ground. Where as the current uranium spot price is around US $50 per lb.

And there are many other similar examples out there at present.

I am astounded that Northern Minerals is presently trading around 25 cents, perhaps I’m still living in the past whilst not fully appreciating the present realities.

In a world that is deleveraging only one thing counts and that is cashflow – which comes from being in production – and the sooner this occurs for Northern Minerals the better.

I have been a loyal subscriber to The Dines Letter now for many years now, James Dines has a whole team of researches working for him, and over the past couple of years he has been covering rare earths not once do I recall him making mention the medicinal qualities of rare earths – and as such this is something I would like you to elaborate on, and also provide reference sources, as this is something I would like to bring to the attention of The Dines Letter.

Can you provide us a link to the David Rijkers report you made mention of.

As you say there appears to be an enormous opportunity to manufacture Rare Earths for dietary supplementation, …….. so why haven’t we heard of the demand from pharmaceutical manufacturers?

I am very interested in your views
