Yep evolution is a theory - but we can see it happening over time. Which is more believable: 1) billions of years of slow changes to produce the species that inhabit the earth now; or 2) an all mighty deity creating/controlling everything.
Answer 1) is far more likely and logical. Do we have the answers for where everything comes from no, does the theory change over time yep because we discover new information. Is science a faith yes I suppose it is but it is a faith based on ourselves and the knowledge built up over time.
The way you talk and say things like "I believe there are most atheists believe they are moral people" is frankly ridiculous. Whether you believe in religion or not makes you a no better or worse person - the irony is that for all the moral grandstanding/belief those that are religious still commit heinous acts in spite of their beliefs.
