I dont see how there could be a plan inplace with Itochu/BBros/AGS as you suggested in another post.

The amount of insider information floating around between the Parties would have the potential to have them all locked up.

There are disclosure rules that would make AGS's Management disclose the intentions once? the Itochu share plan was put in place.

I think your idea maybe off the mark.

In the resolution a time frame was mentioned as a condition re acceptance and is not beyond reason if the Court battle goes all the way.imo

Itochu will only benefit AGS if/once AGS wins the entire asset back.imo
