I've written emails to them (ASIC )and the ASX over the past 5 years re Manipulative behavior / Irregular trading patterns etc ...Replies all boarder the same response...
" nothing peculiar, V.W.A.P selling or buying" they don't give a Rats Klakka....

I give you full merit for your efforts, don't get me wrong..Don't beat yourself up when the same old same old garbage reponse lands in your inbox...

Bottom line....THEY DONT CARE, THEY ARE ALL GETTING PAID REGARDLESS....

When did a Govt Department ever fix anything?
