Are you serious? all they will have to do is dig a mine like anyone else. Maybe get a chinese group interested or do it themselves.
Indonesians certainly have expertise in mining porphyries from all the experience they have in country, from places like Grasberg and Batu Hijau. And think of all the gold and coal experience in country, combine that with a Indo company run by Indos, but who cant find anything themselves (antam)and you can see why they want this.
What they don't like is spending money on the riskier things like exploration. Let the buleh do that, then take it away. Kind of smart eh!
