regardless of holding structure if I am an end beneficiary I am a beneficial owner

so I must disclose it if it's greater than 5%

now asx can be a little slow in finding and enforcing but that doesn't mean a larger holder can hide behind different entities or accounts

and even if they did, company management is obligated to report the holding

if you're in any doubt you can read about exact same issue NWR had recently... with major shareholder/s failing to disclose collective 'upstream' holdings
