It is not uncommon for clauses in contracts in SE Asia to have disputes arbitrated under Singapore law, as appears the case with Intrepid's agreements. I doubt any finding in Singapore could affect Indo tenure, but they may award compensation.
I would be concerned about any project in the country, but that probably won't stop investors buying stories until something is proved up and the inevitable happens. I think it would be very difficult under the current situation for any non-national to get funding for construction to go from explorer to producer.
