Click on 'more' and you will read the claim by Miraculin Labs that: "We are a group of successful Internet Entrepreneurs. We have founded a number of very successful Internet companies along the way, including Bidordeal, UMeUs United . . ."

If we return to Galileo's dictum, then surely Miraculin Labs must have had overwhelming doubt before they invented those claims about Bidordeal and UMeUs United.

Remember that Bidordeal and UMEUS United are P1's key strategic partners, but their schemes failed to launch at the end of June.

The site

shows that UMEUS United has had a mere 287 views since its online brochure was published on 7 August 2011. Seems they are going to need a quantum leap in viewers before they meet this ambition, claimed on their behalf on the p1card.com site: "The UMEUS IT platform aims to provide a large-scale, global meeting point for individuals, organizations and merchants."

You have to scratch your head about this fantasy world of P1 and its strategic partners. Why did GCN ever get involved?
