    How does 200 million make any sense now considering the assets and their worth:
    1. Texas - 40 million max probably 25 million
    2. Georgia - 0.01 million for helium survey results: negative with OPEX
    3. Puntland - 2.5 million: the airport cost shareholders 5 million so that might be sold at half price, possibly negative with OPEX
    4. T&T - 70 million: what was paid and now with 300 employees and increasing at 1 BOPD - will be at 4000 BOPD by 2020 at current daily increase
